Returns & Exchanges

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the completed return form.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
